  • 5 Bedrooms - sleeps 10. Please note we do NOT use put me up sofas. all with flat screen TV's with smart capabilities

  • Games room with slate bed pool table, foosball, board games,tennis rackets for use on Orange Trees tennis court. 60 inch smart TV for keeping up with the golf etc. Drinks fridge to ease the strain on the kitchen fridge.
  • Large great room with leather sofas, granite dining table and leather chairs. 70 inch Hi Def Smart TV. DVD player and library of DVDS

  • Utility room with large washer and dryer

  • All linens provided including hand / bath towels, pool towels and tea towels
 
First master suite has it’s own bathroom with oval bath, large walk in shower and twin vanity basins. It also has it’s own direct access to the pool deck ,so if you fancy a swim either early in the morning, or late a night, you can slip out without waking the rest of the family.
 
 
Second master suite also has it’s own bathroom, with full size bath and shower over.  It also has it’s own direct access to the pool deck, so again, a dip in the pool be it in the early morning, or late at night, can be had without disturbing the others.
 
 
In the front of the villa you will find a further double room, with a king size bed. There is a bathroom right next door to this room with a full bath and shower over.
This is our first twin room which shares a bathroom with the blue room.
 
 
This is our blue twin room which shares a bathroom with the other twin room.
 
 
Relax in our fabulous great room where you can enjoy the comfort of leather furniture, 70 inch Hi Def Smart TV with DVD player with small film library.  
 
 
Games room with slate bed pool table, foosball, tennis rackets and Pickle Ball * plus our new 60 inch Smart TV to keep an eye on the football, golf etc.
 
Knowing how stretched the huge kitchen fridge is when we have all our family there, we have in November 2018, purchased a drinks fridge for the games room. We decided that having the large kitchen fridge filled with 3/4 beers and soda's and only a 1/4 of the space for food, it was time to rethink things.  Cheers all...
 
 

 

* Orange Tree has a large playing field, tennis court and pickle ball courts which are available for guest use.
