Should you wish to include heating of the pool and spa, this is charged at £20 per day from 01st May to 30th September, all other times charged at  £30.00 extra per day

 

We suggest that you consider taking our additional pool / spa heat package between the months of October to late May as the solar panels may struggle to provide suitable temperatures and this may impact your enjoyment of the pool and spa

 

 

 

WE ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS SAFELY AND SECURELY THROUGH OUR BUSINESS PAYPAL ACCOUNT

 

Our terms are 20% deposit on booking, with the remainder due 10 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. We also require a security deposit of £200, payable with your final payment. This is returned to you within a few days of your rental end , following advises from our Florida managing agents that no damage or loss has occurred during your stay.

Gas BBQ/ Grill

We do not personally arrange BBQ hire, however we can give you details of a company who will arrange a BBQ hire direct with yourselves.
