Just seven steps to renting our villa for your Florida villa rental vacation

  1. Check our calendar to make sure your dates are available.

  2. Email us for a price for your stay

  3. Read through what we send you and make sure you are happy with everything

  4. Let us know you wish to reserve our villa. You can do this by email or telephone, whichever you prefer, and we will reserve our home pending your deposit payment.

  5. Pay your deposit securely through our business PayPal account. Complete our booking form and email back to us.

  6. Pay your balance ten weeks before your holiday starts

  7. Then enjoy yourselves

October 2018, well at last, our 1st lemon off our tree which was planted many years ago

And here is my 1st G and T with a juicy slice of our 1st lemon. Hopefully there will be many more for our guests as well as me of course.

2022 UPDATE -  Tree is still thriving and multiple lemons arriving now.
